Laylla Florez is a co-owner and partner of Bianchi & Florez Construction. She is an architect graduated and licensed in Brazil and the licensed General Contractor for the company in the State of Florida. Her dual background in architecture and construction allows her to bridge the gap between design vision and technical execution. Laylla works closely with clients during the early stages of each project, helping translate their ideas, preferences, and lifestyle needs into thoughtful layouts and functional design solutions. She plays a key role in developing preliminary plans, spatial concepts, and interior layouts, ensuring that the client's vision is reflected in the overall design while maintaining practical constructability. In addition to her design involvement, Laylla oversees the technical coordination of plans and construction documentation, ensuring alignment between architectural intent, engineering requirements, and Florida building codes. Her combined expertise in architecture and construction helps ensure that projects move seamlessly from concept to completion while maintaining design integrity and execution quality.
